I've heard Alaska, Vermont, and Arizona are very tolerant towards gun ownership and concealed carry. I've also read that California, Massachussets, Illinous, and New York are the strictest. Which states other than Alaska, Vermont and Arizona are very easy with gun ownership and concealed carry?

Another question: Could a non-US citizen residing in America own a gun; provided he has no criminal record and owns a small business firm in the USA?
